Commissioned by the KfW in Germany, a study was conducted to develop accommodations for a training center for paramedical personnel in Termez, Uzbekistan. This preliminary study served as the basis for a new tender issued by the KfW to select a new architect to develop the plan. HARP Consultancy, in collaboration with M4H from Frankfurt, won the tender and will be responsible for developing the plan in consultation with the client.
